Proderm Image was established in 2011. In 2021, it was an honor for Mia de Leon, NP to acquire the practice from Dr. William Schweitzer, who continues to be involved as a collaborating physician. Mia continues to provide exceptional care to Dr. Schweitzer's past patients and is excited to offer services to her longtime patients in this beautiful, serene environment. We are currently accepting new patients.
Meet Mia de Leon, N.P

Mia received her Bachelor of Science Degree as a Registered Nurse at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She then went on to receive her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Arizona. After 2 years in family practice, Mia discovered a passion for dermatology and has been practicing as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner in the Westlake area since 2000.
When not at work, you can be sure to find Mia on the tennis courts. She loves to play competitive tennis especially mixed doubles with her husband, David. (USTA members receive a 10% discount!). Together they have 4 children and 2 rescue dogs. Mia also loves to travel and spend quality time with family and friends.
