OLIVE OIL
This rich in antioxidants and polyphenols oil is about 75% monounsaturated and it has been used since ancient times to promote healthy skin and hair. Olive oil can combat and neutralize the effects of free radicals such as air pollution and UV rays. It's benefits include skin hydration, relieving irritation, and slowing wrinkle formation.
SARDINES
These shimmering fishies are packed with omega-3 fatty acids which is crucial to help you boost collagen production. Sardines can also help you reduce inflammation which is believed to induce acne flare ups and aging skin. Not a fan of sardines? substitute them with salmon, herring or anchovies.
KALE
This sexy green is an excellent source of beauty boosting vitamins and antioxidants.
